How to read this review
Candles and bars show the P10–P90 speed range with a median (P50) mark in each distance window. Line shows median speed. Percentiles are distance-weighted along the canonical centred ±10-second speed curve; whole-run percentiles are calculated over the entire run, not averaged windows. Blue means actual endpoint closing speed is at least opening speed; rust means it fell. These endpoint colours are independent of the percentile range. Median-speed pace is not elapsed average pace.
Window pace is elapsed seconds per kilometre. Difference = window pace − whole-track elapsed pace: negative is faster, positive is slower. Final partial windows use their actual length. Pauses remain in elapsed time. Elevation is filled across recording gaps and smoothed on a 5 m grid, so short hills are softened and totals can differ from your device. GPS noise and missing elevation limit precision; these measurements are not coaching advice.
